Curriculum development

Following are examples of curriculum development projects completed by Susanne Robins in collaboration with clients. 

Santa Monica Institute

This program was developed in partnership with the HR Leadership team at the City of Santa Monica to train a team of internal experts to develop training content specific to their area of expertise. Shown here are the goals approved by the client. 

A select group of employees was trained over the course of a week. This four day course was followed by several weeks of coaching and then practice as each team developed training specific to the needs of roles within city departments. 

The Santa Monica Institute was modified, based on trainee and leadership feedback and delivered to a second cohort of select employees about a year later. 

Administrative Support Academy

Ascend Training Solutions developed an 8 week course for administrative support employees which was delivered as half-day workshops once per week for 8 weeks. Courses included Essential Communication, Active Listening, Business Ethics, Time Management and Professional Presentation.

Blue Bus Supervisory Skills Training

A front line supervisor training program designed to develop new and existing supervisors in their leadership skills. Delivered live over 8 weeks as full day training sessions
